Meet Rebekah

Rebekah was diagnosed with Truncus arteriosus at our 20 week ultrasound. We found out after birth that she was missing her right pulmonary artery. Rebekah was also found to have velocardiofacial syndrome (digeorge syndrome) and as a result has immune disorders, developmental delays and hypocalcemia. Ten days after birth she underwent her first open heart surgery. We were able to take her home one month after her birth. It is projected that she will have her main repair in January or Febuary.
